Masymas Supermarket Chain installs bespoke Techpole customised Point of Sale equipment at its checkouts
Supermercados Masymas is a supermarket chain based in Alicante that opened its first point of sale in 1981. Since the opening of the first supermarket store, the company has grown over the years, with now more than one hundred points of sales in the Valencia and Murcia regions. Its supermarkets have become a benchmark for stores in the Spanish retail market.

The Point of sale stand designed by Techpole is an ergonomic mounting solution that streamlines the payment transactions and the ergonomics at the till. The stand holds in place a monitor,a printer, a handheld scanner and a payment terminal.

The ergonomic point of sale stand consists of a main pole with two speciaslly welded arms. The right hand arm, holds a monitor VESA mount and passes over the desktop scanner. On the opossite side, there is a double arm for thermal printer and the payment terminal. Both arms have a wider (45mm) diameter than the standard (38mm) to allow the cables of the various devices to pass through and into the main pole, thereby enhancing the overall installation.

A handheld scanner holder is also attached to the main pole providing easy access to its functionality when required.

The stand was designed to hide and protect all cables/wires, which was the prime reason for welding the two arms to the main pole.

Our customised point of sale mounting solutions are a perfect formula for supermarket checkouts, whatever the requirements may be.
